Beautiful Windows accepts payment with a valid credit card (i.e. Visa, MasterCard,) at the time of order applicable C.O.D. shipments are not accepted.

Cancellations

Orders may be subject to cancellation within 24 hours and there will be a 15% restocking fee. Customers may request order cancellations via phone, or email.

Shipping

Ground shipments are sent via FedEx Ground or UPS.

Backorders

Backorders are automatically generated unless otherwise requested at the time of order.

Damages / Claims

All claims (damages, shortages, etc.) must be filed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise on an Beautiful Windows claim form. Returns must be approved and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You may contact the Claim Department by phone at 803-865-2935 or email to beautifulwindows@sc.rr.com to receive an official Claim Form for your use.
